Print product labels

Print labels with ingredients, allergens and dates.

Product labels are available for an order, selected orders, a presale/window or a standalone product print job. Start from the relevant Product labels action; use Printing → Product labels for shared defaults and a product's Product Label card for its food information.

Review the job before printing

  1. Check the included products and quantities. In standalone printing, choose the product/pack and how many to print. A product with labels disabled is excluded; a bundle may expand into outer-package and/or component labels according to its settings.
  2. Review the status groups: Ready, With warnings, Needs review, Unavailable or Excluded. Correct missing label information or review warnings instead of assuming every selected item will print.
  3. Choose Label size. For label sheets, set the starting label position when part of a sheet has already been used. For a custom roll, check width and height in millimeters.
  4. Confirm the production/packed date, suggested Best before/Use by dates and any Lot / batch code. A shelf-life value suggests a date; verify it for this batch.
  5. Review layout, QR and order-number controls. If offered, adding the customer name is a sorting aid; it is not kept in print history.
  6. Preview the document and print with matching paper size and scaling. A crowded label may omit decorative content such as a QR code to preserve essential text. Choose a larger format or correct the content when it does not fit.

Printing does not fulfill an order or change inventory. The saved label job can be reproduced under Printing → Label print history, using its recorded content. To include later product changes, generate a new job instead of reprinting an old snapshot.
