Set up your label design and business details
Choose the shared layout, QR destination, address and default label size.
Open Printing → Product labels. These settings supply defaults and shared business information; each product still has its own food and label details.
Choose the shared design
- Under Label design, choose Classic or Branded. Branded uses your logo from Appearance; check its black-and-white appearance for thermal printing.
- Set QR code to no code, your shop, or the labeled product. Enter Text under the QR code if wanted. The product destination needs a usable product link.
- Set Default label size, or leave it Automatic. Choose a supported roll/thermal format or label sheet; you can change the size for a particular print job.
- Decide whether to print the order number by default as a small sorting reference.
Business information is explicit
Enter Business name on labels and Address printed on labels. The address is not silently taken from your pickup location or home address. If offered, copying the saved marketing mailing address is an explicit action. Review what customers will see and acknowledge that the address will be printed.
Add Business label statement (optional) if you need shared wording. Each product's label settings determine whether to include the name, address and statement. Leaving a shared value blank cannot supply it on a product label.
Select Save and wait for the result. An unsaved-changes notice means the defaults have not yet been saved. Open a product's label settings next to complete its name, ingredients, allergens, net quantity and date/lot choices, then preview a real print job. A saved design is not a guarantee that every product's text will fit the selected paper size.
