Reprint labels from a saved print job

Understand what print history preserves and when to generate a new job instead.

Open Printing → Label print history to find earlier label jobs. Each entry shows its date, source and job information. Sources distinguish standalone printing from orders, multiple orders, presales and individual presale windows.

  1. Find the job using its recorded date and source. Browse additional history pages if needed.
  2. Select Re-print and wait for the label document to be generated.
  3. Inspect it before printing and match the paper format to the original layout.

Reprinting preserves the old content

History reprints the recorded label content, even if a product's ingredients, label title, layout settings or other information has since changed. This is useful for reproducing a prior job, but it will not incorporate your latest product corrections.

Order numbers can be retained in the job. Customer names printed as a sorting aid are not kept and are not reprinted. Do not expect the history document to reproduce those names from the original run.

A successful reprint is recorded as a new history entry. If the old label is wrong for today's batch, open the current order, presale or standalone label workflow and create a new job with the current information, production date, date marks and lot code. Changing label settings and then choosing an old history entry is insufficient.

For a paper-alignment issue, inspect label size, start position for sheets and browser print scaling. For incorrect food information, correct the product/shared ingredient settings and generate a fresh preview.
