Sell gift cards and digital products

Create a product with Product Type → Digital, then configure Digital Delivery → Delivery Type:

• Gift Card generates a redemption code for the customer after payment. Set Expiry (days) if needed, or leave it blank for no expiry.
• File Download uses the File URL you supply. Make sure customers can access the linked file.
• Link / URL delivers your specified link, such as access to a course or shared file. Check its access permissions before selling it.
• Digital Donation (nothing to deliver) collects a contribution with no physical preparation or delivery.
• Manual Delivery means you send the file, link or service yourself; the order remains in progress until you mark it complete.

Save, turn Draft off, and check the product's listing and price. Test the delivery link as someone who is not signed in to your file-hosting account.

Digital items do not require pickup, delivery or shipping. An order containing only downloads, links, gift cards or digital donations completes once fully paid and the digital items are issued. A manual payment must actually be recorded as received; placing an unpaid order is not enough.

The separate Donated Product type is for a physical item you prepare and donate. It is different from a Digital Donation.
