The Calendar page helps you visualize your schedule, manage blocked dates and stay on top of upcoming orders.
📅 Calendar View
The calendar displays:
- Upcoming Orders — Orders scheduled for fulfillment
- Blocked Dates — Dates when you’re not accepting orders
Each date with activity shows an indicator icon for quick reference.
🚫 Blocking Dates
Prevent customers from placing orders on specific dates:
- Click Block Dates
- Select a Start Date and End Date
- Optionally, add a Reason (internal use only — not shown to customers)
- Save
When to block dates:
- Holidays and vacation periods
- Days when you’re at capacity
- Shop closures or maintenance days
- Personal time off
💡 Tip: The reason field helps you remember why dates were blocked — it’s only visible to you.
✅ Unblocking Dates
Remove blocked dates when you’re ready to accept orders again:
- Click Unblock Dates
- Select the Start Date and End Date range to unblock
- Save
Previously blocked dates will now be available for customer orders.
📆 Viewing Day Details
Click any date on the calendar to see what’s happening:
For Dates with Orders:
- View all orders scheduled for that day
- Click any order row to open the full order editor
- See order status, customer name and fulfillment details
For Blocked Dates:
- View the reason for blocking (if provided)
🎯 Best Practices
- Block dates well in advance for holidays and planned time off
- Add clear reasons when blocking dates for future reference
- Review your calendar weekly to stay ahead of busy periods
- Use the calendar to balance your workload and avoid overbooking
- Unblock dates promptly when plans change
